This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the central, global annual planning in collaboration with Regional Sales Operations and Supply leaders.
• Provide analytics and insights for global segmentation, book assignments, capacity modeling, goal establishment, and inputs/KPIs.
• Collaborate on quarterly global and regional OKR and goal-setting initiatives.
• Create processes to enhance emerging projects, increase visibility, and boost sales team productivity.
• Identify global performance opportunities and prioritize significant levers for impact.
• Assess new opportunities in conjunction with Regional Sales Operations and Enterprise Operations.
• Develop and enhance forecasting methods with Sales, Finance, and Advanced Analytics stakeholders.
• Examine market trends, recognize growth opportunities, and establish long-term objectives in partnership with VP-level leadership.
• Standardize reporting across regions and business lines, including WBRs and MBRs.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for business initiatives and leadership requests.
• Provide analytical insights and suggest operational enhancements to sales managers and leaders.
• Enhance the efficiency of sales and scaled host lifecycle in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Growth Marketing, and other departments.
• Work with technical teams on infrastructure, project scoping, ROI and resource analysis, translating global strategies into actionable initiatives.
• Engage in or lead cross-functional projects.
• Work together with Regional Sales Operations leads to design, track, and assess sales compensation and incentive strategies.
• Over 10 years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring revenue operations efforts and identifying areas for optimization.
• Skilled in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel.
• Familiar with data warehousing and BI reporting platforms.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools, including Claude, in daily tasks.
• Experience working with customer success teams throughout the Customer Lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of designing, developing, and evolving financial/business models.
• Proven track record in establishing and maintaining operational rigor and excellence.
• Ability to cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders to enhance sales productivity.
• History of collaborating closely with senior leadership, influencing strategy and decision-making.
• Must reside in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.
