This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with leaders in Sales and Client Management, Product, and Marketing to identify business and program needs, priorities, and long-term objectives.
• Convert business requirements into actionable and scalable operational roadmaps.
• Establish and strengthen collaborative relationships across assigned business units, aligning with Operations & Organizational Planning and other key stakeholders.
• Mentor and foster an operational mindset within designated business units and the organization as a whole.
• Lead the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of the program's operational strategy.
• Advocate for program and participant experience functions, ensuring constituent voices are included in planning discussions and strategic forums.
• Oversee complex or high-priority operational challenges and initiatives.
• Offer guidance, direction, and decision-making support to facilitate timely resolutions.
• Identify, monitor, and report on operational trends.
• Utilize data insights to enhance program transparency and improve customer experiences.
• Assist in the development and evaluation of training and communication materials.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives that focus on operational excellence, program scalability, and enhancements to user experience.
• Act as a consultative liaison, subject matter expert, and process authority for Sales business units.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in business management or a related field.
• Proven track record in planning, managing, and scaling functional operational processes.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Sales or Insurance organizations.
• Experience in managing complex operational tasks.
• Exceptional critical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities.
• Advanced communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening.
• Capability to provide and receive feedback and constructive criticism.
• Proficiency in effective communication.
• Ability to operate personal computers and related technologies.
• Must conduct business in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Preferred: Familiarity with health plan benefits, processes, and operations, specifically in Medical or Dental.
• Preferred: Experience in the Massachusetts insurance landscape.
• Preferred: A robust process-oriented mindset, with strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
