Sales Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Leverage Salesforce and Google Sheets to create, manage, and maintain sales contracts and orders.

• Oversee pre-sale advertising inventory for multi-channel digital campaigns.

• Ensure compliance of all sales orders with contracting, approval, payment terms, and credit control standards.

• Collaborate with the accounting team to address client delivery inquiries, billing adjustments, and revenue-related questions.

• Manage the month-end closing process for assigned account teams in partnership with delivery units.

• Develop sales intelligence reports for forecasting, commercial analysis, and strategic business initiatives.

• Report directly to the Senior Director of B2B Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing sales operations, order processing, or commercial billing workflows.

• Proficient in Salesforce, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Slack.

• Strong attention to data accuracy with the ability to maintain organized sales contract records.

• Proven capability to resolve billing inquiries and coordinate cross-functional revenue workflows.

• Excellent written communication skills for providing clear updates to both internal and external partners.

• A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in a business setting.

• Experience in sales operations, order management, or commercial contract administration.

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Ability to work remotely within the United States.
