This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in fulfilling the operational requirements of the Central U.S. and Canadian sales territories.
• Process orders and ensure the integrity of data within Salesforce throughout the sales cycle.
• Oversee the initial intake and onboarding process for new clients.
• Collect necessary customer documentation and collaborate with the Finance team on establishing customers and their credit needs.
• Administer the operational lifecycle of deal registrations, including submission, tracking, resubmission, validation, and reflecting revenue recognition.
• Cultivate expertise in the company’s government contract vehicles and associated procedures.
• Ensure accurate and dependable data is maintained across Salesforce and related systems.
• Conduct due diligence, pinpoint missing or inconsistent information, and liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Act as an operational collaborator with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Provide support for sales operations without engaging in quota-carrying, quoting, renewals, or direct sales activities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, order management, sales support, or a related operational capacity.
• Practical experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Background in a VAR, technology reseller, IT solutions provider, or a comparable environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and process integrity.
• Strong follow-through capabilities and the ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
• Self-driven with the initiative to learn new processes and become a subject matter expert.
• Experience supporting Canadian or other international entities is advantageous.
• Experience in the public sector, government contracting, or contract vehicle management is a plus.
