Sales Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately put away beer orders at retail locations.

• Rotate stock to maintain freshness and proper inventory control.

• Set up displays, signage, and promotional materials according to brand guidelines.

• Monitor inventory levels and inform the ASM of any out-of-stock or low-stock situations.

• Keep product displays clean, organized, and safe.

• Assist with merchandising audits and reporting as requested by the ASM.

• Develop and sustain strong relationships with retail staff to enhance brand visibility.

• Follow all safety regulations and company policies while executing tasks.

• Represent Craft Massachusetts's craft beer portfolio at retail accounts.

• Implement on-shelf strategies and ensure planogram compliance.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team and other Sales Merchandisers.

• Report directly to the ASM / Area Sales Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Preferred: Certified Cicerone.

• A valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle are required.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are necessary.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 lbs, and occasionally lift 30 lbs overhead.

• Ability to perform frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and twisting movements.

• Must be able to stand and remain active for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

• Capability to work in varying temperature conditions, including refrigerated storage areas and outdoor environments.

• Must be able to travel between retail accounts.
