• Develop and sustain a precise database of venue details to facilitate effective sales outreach.

• Investigate websites, social media channels, and public resources to collect pertinent insights.

• Reach out to venues via phone and email to confirm programming schedules, booking contacts, and venue details.

• Aid in territory mapping and sales prospecting efforts.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance outbound campaigns and strategic planning.

• A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Comfortable with making outbound phone calls.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong note-taking capabilities.

• Professional phone etiquette.
