This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee relationships with prospective distributors and distribution partners.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue through distribution partners.
• Educate and assist partners to promote and sell products effectively.
• Discover and investigate new distributors and partnership possibilities.
• Evaluate sales data to spot trends, opportunities, and challenges, and formulate growth solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance departments to ensure efficient product distribution.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback.
• Provide management with regular updates on commercial performance, market trends, and key performance indicators.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and partners to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Travel within the designated region as necessary, which may include overnight stays and occasional travel outside the region.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in sales of distribution products.
• Extensive experience in selling distribution products.
• Proven management abilities.
• Capacity to establish and nurture strong partner relationships.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets via distribution networks.
• Excellent communication abilities, with the skill to tailor messages for various audiences.
• Strong interpersonal relationship management skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop distribution partners.
• Competence in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Ability to synthesize information and reach clear conclusions.
• Capacity to work autonomously, managing time and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to collaborate with remote teams.
• Familiarity with the Construction sector and/or Machine Control is advantageous.
• Fluency in French is required.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM software.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region, which may include overnight stays and occasional travel outside the region.
• Ideally located in southeastern France.
• Company car.

• 15 additional RTT days annually.
• Annual bonus based on performance objectives reviewed each year.
• Managerial (cadre) status under the "forfait jours" system.
• Annual salary distributed over a 12-month period.
