This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct impactful business consultation calls with short-term rental operators.
• Advise clients on setting up entities, securing owner's dwelling and liability insurance, and ensuring reservation-level protections.
• Provide engaging, technology-driven, AI-enhanced demonstrations of in-product SaaS solutions.
• Oversee a team of licensed Property and Casualty producers.
• Spearhead outbound prospecting, lead generation, deal creation, and closing efforts within Hospitable's customer base and the broader market.
• Take ownership of quota achievement for each sales period.
• Mentor sales representatives daily and foster a culture of continuous improvement in sales.
• Assist 25,000 customers in effectively utilizing the property protection dashboard.
• Offer objective broker recommendations while recognizing when Align's proprietary products are suitable.
• Recruit and hire internally while managing third-party labor partnerships.
• Build a robust sales team pipeline.
• Design and implement commission programs, taking responsibility for their outcomes.
• Cultivate a career-focused sales culture.
• Report directly to the VP of Insurance.
• Must be located in the United States.
• A minimum of 5 years in sales leadership roles.
• Preferably experienced in managing quota-carrying teams throughout complete sales cycles, from outbound lead generation to closing deals.
• A genuine passion for technology and software.
• Willingness to engage in sales through a platform, utilize AI tools daily, and enhance sales effectiveness through technology.
• Proven track record in hiring, developing, and retaining sales talent.
• Experience in designing and implementing motivating commission structures.
• Background in Insurance or Property and Casualty (P&C) is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• If not already in possession of a P&C license, willingness to obtain one after commencement; Hospitable will provide sponsorship.

• Gross salary ranging from USD$106,044.87 to $133,893.17.
• 10% seniority increase after 6 months upon meeting performance standards.
• Eligibility for commissions; OTE discussed directly with candidates.
• Company equity through RSUs, with a current grant value of up to $59,400.00.
