This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +4 more countries.
• Lead and expand the EMEA enterprise sales division for the Attribute product
• Oversee a team of approximately 4–6 Enterprise Account Executives
• Take ownership of regional revenue, pipeline health, and forecast precision
• Drive the acquisition of new enterprise logos throughout EMEA
• Enhance market penetration and brand visibility within key accounts
• Develop and implement a regional go-to-market strategy focusing on Kubernetes-centric accounts
• Maintain pipeline coverage and conversion metrics throughout all sales stages
• Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and data-driven deal assessments
• Ensure the achievement of quarterly and annual targets
• Recruit, hire, and nurture top-tier Enterprise Account Executives
• Foster a culture centered on accountability, growth, and ownership
• Provide coaching on deal strategy, qualification, negotiation, and closing
• Offer performance feedback and create development plans
• Cultivate a data-driven sales culture
• Maintain CRM hygiene and analyze win rates, ACV, sales cycle, and pipeline velocity
• Collaborate with RevOps to enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting
• Identify friction in the sales process and enhance speed to close
• Escalate and support complex enterprise deals as necessary
• Lead pricing, approval, and negotiation strategies
• Personally engage in high-impact opportunities when required
• 3+ years of experience leading quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives in a SaaS organization
• Proven history of consistently meeting or surpassing team revenue goals
• Demonstrated expertise in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance analytics
• Significant experience in data-driven sales environments (Salesforce proficiency is a must)
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps ecosystems
• Ability to engage in technical infrastructure discussions with authority
• Strong business acumen and a proactive ownership mindset
• Exceptional coaching abilities and leadership skills
• Clear and effective communicator with executive presence
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS landscape
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience selling Kubernetes-related, observability, or cloud optimization tools
• Experience in building or scaling a new enterprise sales approach
