This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +4 more countries.
• Lead and expand the enterprise sales division of the Attribute product across the EMEA region.
• Supervise a team of approximately 4–6 Enterprise Account Executives.
• Take ownership of regional revenue, the health of the sales pipeline, and the accuracy of forecasts.
• Drive the acquisition of new enterprise logos throughout the EMEA area.
• Enhance market penetration and bolster brand visibility within targeted accounts.
• Develop and implement a regional go-to-market strategy tailored for Kubernetes-centric accounts.
• Maintain pipeline coverage and conversion metrics across all stages of the sales process.
• Conduct weekly pipeline inspections and deal reviews based on data insights.
• Ensure the consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Recruit, hire, and nurture high-performing Enterprise Account Executives.
• Foster a culture centered on accountability, growth, and ownership.
• Provide coaching on deal strategies, qualification, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Deliver performance feedback and outline development plans.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and analyze metrics such as win rates, ACV, sales cycles, and pipeline velocity.
• Collaborate with RevOps to enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
• Identify friction points in the sales process and enhance speed to close.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex enterprise deals.
• Lead pricing strategies, approval processes, and negotiation tactics when necessary.
• Personally engage in high-impact opportunities as needed.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives in a SaaS environment.
• A proven history of consistently achieving or surpassing team revenue goals.
• Demonstrated proficiency in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Strong background operating in data-driven sales settings.
• Proficiency in Salesforce is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps environments.
• Capability to engage in credible conversations about technical infrastructure.
• Strong business acumen and a sense of ownership.
• Exceptional coaching abilities and skills in people leadership.
• Clear and effective communicator with an executive presence.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic SaaS environment.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Experience in selling tools related to Kubernetes, observability, or cloud optimization.
• Familiarity with building or scaling a new enterprise sales motion.
