This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +4 more countries.
• Lead and expand the enterprise sales division for the Attribute product throughout the EMEA region.
• Oversee a team of approximately 4–6 Enterprise Account Executives.
• Take responsibility for regional revenue, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
• Propel consistent growth, acquisition of new clients, and the development of a high-performance team.
• Enhance market penetration and brand visibility within targeted accounts.
• Develop and implement a regional go-to-market strategy concentrated on Kubernetes-heavy accounts.
• Maintain pipeline coverage and conversion metrics across all sales stages.
• Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and deal inspections based on data insights.
• Ensure the achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor Enterprise Account Executives.
• Provide guidance on deal strategy, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Offer performance feedback and create development plans.
• Manage CRM hygiene and analyze win rates, ACV, sales cycle, and pipeline velocity.
• Collaborate with RevOps to enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting processes.
• Enhance the speed of the sales process to close deals.
• Support and escalate complex enterprise deals as needed.
• Lead the strategy for pricing, approvals, and negotiations.
• Personally engage in high-impact opportunities when necessary.
• At least 3 years of experience managing quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives in a SaaS environment.
• A proven history of consistently meeting or surpassing team revenue objectives.
• Demonstrated expertise in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance analytics.
• Strong background in data-driven sales settings.
• Proficiency in Salesforce is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps environments.
• Ability to engage credibly in technical infrastructure discussions.
• Strong business acumen and a proactive ownership mentality.
• Exceptional skills in coaching and leading people.
• Effective communicator with a strong executive presence.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS landscape.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in selling Kubernetes-related, observability, or cloud optimization tools is a plus.
• Experience in building or scaling a new enterprise sales approach is a plus.
