This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia, +4 more countries.
• Lead and expand the enterprise sales division for the Attribute product throughout the EMEA region.
• Oversee a team of approximately 4–6 Enterprise Account Executives.
• Take ownership of regional revenue, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
• Propel new enterprise logo acquisition while enhancing market penetration and brand visibility.
• Develop and implement a regional go-to-market strategy aimed at Kubernetes-focused accounts.
• Maintain pipeline coverage and conversion metrics across all stages of the sales process.
• Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and deal inspections based on data analysis.
• Ensure the achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and provide performance feedback to Enterprise AEs.
• Foster a data-driven sales culture and ensure CRM integrity.
• Analyze win rates, annual contract value, sales cycles, and pipeline velocity.
• Collaborate with RevOps on dashboard creation, key performance indicators, and reporting.
• Identify friction points in the sales process and enhance closure speed.
• Manage complex enterprise deals and direct the pricing, approval, and negotiation strategies.
• Personally participate in high-impact opportunities as necessary.
• 3+ years of experience leading quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives in a SaaS environment.
• Proven history of consistently achieving or surpassing team revenue goals.
• Demonstrated expertise in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance analytics.
• Strong background in data-driven sales settings (Salesforce proficiency is essential).
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps environments.
• Capability to engage in technical discussions around infrastructure with credibility.
• Strong business acumen and a sense of ownership.
• Outstanding coaching and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communicator with a strong executive presence.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS landscape.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience in selling Kubernetes-related, observability, or cloud optimization solutions.
• Experience in developing or scaling a new enterprise sales strategy.
