📋 Description

• Oversee the sales of GE Digital solutions to external clients and other GE divisions.

• Cultivate specialized expertise in commercial advancements and assist in strategy and policy formulation.

• Guarantee successful delivery within the assigned area of responsibility.

• Leverage knowledge of industry best practices, competition, and market positioning.

• Make informed decisions and address moderately complex challenges across various projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or clients.

• Utilize technical expertise and data analysis to bolster recommendations.

• Serve as a resource for junior colleagues.

• Lead small-scale projects with moderate risks and resource needs.

• Articulate complex or sensitive information clearly and foster consensus.

• Persuade others on topics relevant to the field.

• Take charge of onsite activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.

• At least 10 years of experience in sales/commercial roles or equivalent functions.

• Demonstrated experience in the Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Power Plant, or Energy sectors, whether as an industry expert or through project/client interactions.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time, both internationally and domestically.

• Strong background in enterprise software/business applications sales is preferred.

• Proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Taiwanese is a plus.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Ability to perform well under pressure.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
