Sales Manager – Dental

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for meeting sales objectives across the Hessen and North Rhine-Westphalia regions, particularly from Frankfurt am Main to Cologne.

• Independently oversee and nurture an existing client portfolio while actively seeking new customer opportunities.

• Foster and enhance long-lasting relationships with distributors, end users, and other key market stakeholders.

• Plan and execute professional product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions for users.

• Offer expert assistance to new clients during the implementation and utilization of products.

• Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and various industry events.

• Continuously assess the market landscape and competitive dynamics.

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the designated territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree in dentistry, dental technology, medicine, business administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of proven B2B sales experience.

• Experience in the dental sector is preferable; however, experience in medical technology or technical sales is also relevant.

• Ideally, a background in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships with distributors and professional end users.

• High travel flexibility within the assigned territory is essential.

• Strong sales abilities, proactive mindset, and an independent, organized approach to work.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proficiency in German: very good command (C1 level or equivalent).
