This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Acquire, develop, and maintain strategic customer accounts through comprehensive, full-cycle sales processes.
• Identify, target, and cultivate new strategic accounts within the designated territory via both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions to comprehend business objectives, technical needs, operational hurdles, and decision-making frameworks.
• Manage the entire sales process, encompassing prospecting, qualification, solution presentations, demonstrations, objection handling, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Establish and nurture relationships with technical influencers, procurement leaders, quality professionals, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead customer presentations and technical solution discussions alongside sales engineers, product specialists, and service teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, customer success, and service teams to foster account growth, enhance customer retention, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain precise CRM records, oversee pipeline activities, and provide regular revenue forecasts.
• Communicate insights on market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory considerations, including GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and relevant ISO standards.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer by relaying market feedback, product requirements, and opportunities for improvement.
• Complete a recruitment process comprising 2 to 3 meetings, including discussions with team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, industrial technology, or other regulated sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets through complex, full-cycle sales strategies.
• Strong business development capabilities, including the aptitude for opening new accounts and establishing relationships within intricate customer organizations.
• Experience in discussing technical solutions with stakeholders in engineering, IT, operations, quality, and procurement.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and relevant compliance standards is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and sales engagement tools.
• Must currently be authorized to work in the U.S.
