Sales Manager, Consultation & Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Assist current leads via telephone communication

• Address inquiries, comprehend the leads' present circumstances, and evaluate how they and their dogs can be assisted

• Reconnect with leads who have not been contacted recently and foster relationships

• Provide empathetic support to leads in making the next logical step, without exerting sales pressure

• Offer support to customers following the initial engagement

• Verify if the informational materials or book have been received, respond to initial questions, and establish trust

• Emphasize closing sales rather than conventional customer service

• Exceptional communication abilities, especially over the phone

• Strong empathy for the feelings and concerns of dog owners

• Calm and pleasant vocal tone

• Impeccable written German skills

• Passion for animal health and mindset-related subjects

• Quick learner with outstanding self-discipline

• Basic technical skills in utilizing a CRM and other software, including Zoom

• Independent, trustworthy, and diligent work ethic

• Residing in Europe

• Completed a personality assessment and included the results page as a PDF with the résumé or cover letter
