This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Commercial Claims Account Managers to meet or surpass revenue, retention, and growth targets.
• Propel the implementation of strategic account plans aimed at enhancing relationships within the Commercial Property & Casualty insurance carrier claims organizations.
• Oversee sales forecasts, pipeline health, territory planning, and performance metrics for team members assigned to you.
• Assist and engage in customer meetings, sales opportunities, contract negotiations, and management of executive-level relationships.
• Directly handle customer accounts during times of vacancy, onboarding, territory realignment, or other business necessities.
• Collaborate with team members to pinpoint growth opportunities, broaden solution adoption, and boost market penetration within designated accounts.
• Establish and sustain relationships with claims executives, claims operations leaders, innovation teams, SIU leaders, and other essential stakeholders.
• Work alongside the Product, Implementation, Sales Support, and Product Solution Specialist teams to ensure outstanding customer results.
• Create and implement talent development plans, succession planning, and ongoing coaching initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, customer challenges, competitive solutions, and the evolving landscape of commercial claims.
• Demonstrated sales expertise with a proven history of achieving revenue growth and managing strategic customer relationships.
• Experience in the Commercial Property & Casualty insurance industry is essential.
• Prior background in selling data, analytics, SaaS, workflow, or technology solutions is preferred.
• Previous leadership experience responsible for coaching, developing, and overseeing sales professionals is required.
• In-depth understanding of commercial insurance claims processes, workflows, and operational challenges is necessary.
• Direct claims experience is advantageous.
• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with insurance carrier executives and key stakeholders.
• Exceptional project management, communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
