This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Commercial Claims Account Managers.
• Meet or surpass revenue, retention, and growth targets.
• Execute strategic account plans within Commercial Property & Casualty insurance carrier claims sectors.
• Oversee sales forecasts, pipeline health, territory planning, and performance metrics.
• Assist in customer meetings, sales opportunities, contract negotiations, and manage relationships at the executive level.
• Directly oversee customer accounts during transitions such as vacancies, onboarding, territory realignment, or other business necessities.
• Identify opportunities for growth, enhance solution adoption, and boost market penetration.
• Cultivate relationships with claims executives, claims operations leaders, innovation teams, SIU leaders, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams from Product, Implementation, Sales Support, and Product Solution Specialists.
• Create talent development plans, succession plans, and provide ongoing coaching.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, customer challenges, competitive solutions, and the commercial claims landscape.
• Proven sales background with a successful record of driving revenue growth and managing strategic customer relationships.
• Experience in the Commercial Property & Casualty insurance industry is essential.
• Prior experience in selling data, analytics, SaaS, workflow, or technology solutions is preferred.
• Previous experience in people leadership with responsibilities for coaching, developing, and managing sales professionals is required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance claims processes, workflows, and operational challenges is essential.
• Direct claims experience is an advantage.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with insurance carrier executives and key stakeholders.
• Exceptional project management, communication, presentation, and analytical capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
