This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of about 4–5 Account Executives.
• Assist in pipeline development, deal strategy, qualification, discovery, executive communication, and closing processes.
• Guide the team to consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Establish rigorous forecasting, maintain pipeline hygiene, and implement deal inspection practices.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategies, discovery processes, sales calls, executive presentations, proposals, and closing plans.
• Deliver direct, actionable coaching on prospecting, outreach, call preparation, qualification, objection handling, and sales execution.
• Utilize data and CRM reporting to identify risks, enhance pipeline health, and promote accountability.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-centric team culture.
• Assist in onboarding and ramping up new Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other cross-functional teams to enhance go-to-market execution.
• Aid in refining sales processes, methodologies, and best practices as the sales organization grows.
• Report directly to the VP of Sales.
• This role does not have an individual sales quota.
• 2–5 years of sales management experience, preferably leading B2B SaaS Account Executives.
• Experience in selling to the healthcare sector or healthcare technology.
• Proven track record of coaching Account Executives through complex sales cycles and enhancing performance.
• Strong understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, CRM maintenance, and quarterly planning.
• Familiarity with applying structured sales methodologies in real-world deal coaching scenarios.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in deals.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with senior customer stakeholders.
• High level of empathy, accountability, and cultural alignment with a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexibly across U.S. time zones, including occasional early Pacific or late East Coast client meetings.
• Nice to have: experience managing a small, growing AE team.
• Nice to have: previous experience as a top-performing AE before transitioning into management.
• Nice to have: familiarity with healthcare providers, patient access, or digital health sales.
