Clinical Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Representative to formulate a clinical strategy aimed at enhancing the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.

• Attain expertise in primary surgical specialties.

• Assist in field initiatives to meet quarterly sales objectives.

• Aid in regional Sales and Marketing events to foster system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.

• Train and mentor operating room staff in the management of the system during pre-, intra-, and postoperative phases.

• Create clinical plans enabling surgical teams to operate the system independently in a timely manner.

• Broaden the user base by collaborating with hospital personnel and surgeon thought leaders to establish a qualified lead pipeline.

• Promote sales of instruments and accessories.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, which include reporting sales/procedure results and submitting expense reports.

• Identify promising surgical teams and deliver formal and informal presentations to educate and motivate them to utilize the system.

• Guide surgical teams through training on system functionalities, OR integration, and clinical applications.

• Offer advice and insights to surgical teams regarding the use of the da Vinci Surgical System.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of pertinent work experience.

• Demonstrated history of accomplishments and leadership.

• Previous sales experience is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on account distribution.

• Proven capability to collaborate and build effective teams.
