Entry Level Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Engage with a queue of leads who have expressed interest in life insurance.

• Conduct calls or Zoom meetings with potential clients.

• Explore family size, budget, and current coverage options with clients.

• Assist clients in selecting a suitable life insurance policy.

• Complete around five to fifteen discussions each day.

• Take part in a structured onboarding program and ongoing product training.

• Seek guidance from a mentor when faced with challenging client interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of the U.S.

• U.S. citizen or legal resident status required.

• Ability to pass a background check is necessary.

• Possession of a Life & Health insurance license, or a willingness to obtain one.

• Comfortable engaging in phone conversations with clients daily.

• Must demonstrate consistent attendance and readiness to work with the lead queue.

• Open to coaching and capable of applying feedback effectively.

• No degree necessary.

• No previous industry experience required.
