Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Recruit, contract, train, and supervise field sales contractors in newly established markets nationwide.

• Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach.

• Evaluate resumes and perform initial interviews with candidates.

• Carry out background checks and facilitate team training sessions.

• Ensure a sufficient supply of marketing materials is maintained.

• Continuously improve processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and team workflows to enhance Empower’s Field Sales Program.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or management.

• Proficient in interviewing and evaluating candidates.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and precision in recording information.

• Goal-oriented, organized, high-energy problem solver with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a team that is challenging the status quo.

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience is preferred.

• In-person sales experience is preferred.

• A degree in human resources or organizational management is preferred.

• Must be able to work remotely in the U.S. or onsite in McLean, Virginia.
