Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a bridge between the organization’s internal and external clients.

• Manage and engage directly in the loan process from initiation to completion.

• Assist CrossCountry Mortgage borrowers in identifying the most suitable financial program.

• Communicate with borrowers regarding loan programs, associated costs, and necessary loan documentation.

• Review and audit income and assets, run DU, and verify credit documents within mortgage files.

• Examine mortgage loan disclosure packages and ensure they are delivered to borrowers.

• Help manage a pipeline of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203k, Jumbo, and reverse mortgage loans.

• Structure loans to present the optimal program based on the borrowers’ financial situations.

• Check files for any missing documentation that supports approval.

• Pre-underwrite items such as paystubs, credit reports, W2s, bank statements, and court orders.

• Input disclosure feeds, present disclosures, and tailor loans to meet borrowers’ needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in residential mortgage processing.

• Familiarity with Encompass LOS is preferred.

• Previous underwriting or processing experience is advantageous.

• Understanding of RESPA guidelines and mortgage and consumer regulations.

• Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows.

• Strong math and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Outstanding prioritization and time management skills to adhere to deadlines.

• License required to communicate loan programs and costs to borrowers.
