This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual New Business goals and renewals facilitated by the sales team, utilizing HubSpot as the definitive source.
• Enhance the sales process to maximize conversion rates from SQO to closed won and increase average order value.
• Develop and manage the outbound strategy, including defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), list creation, sequencing, activity KPIs, and conversion tracking.
• Validate outbound economics, scale successful strategies, and document the operational playbook.
• Conduct regular forecasting sessions with each Account Executive (AE) and ensure participation, aiming for over 80% of the team to meet or exceed their goals.
• Mentor AEs based on individual motivations and provide constructive feedback on both hard and soft KPIs.
• Define and implement quarterly SPIFFs and incentives.
• Represent Uplisting at industry events throughout the UK, US, and Europe, managing event pipeline generation and follow-up.
• Confidently present, demo, and host events while fostering relationships with partners and OTAs.
• Ensure CRM integrity, including maintaining accurate next steps, stages, and close dates for every open opportunity.
• Set pipeline coverage and generation targets at both team and individual levels, proactively addressing any gaps.
• Lead New Business and Renewals for Uplisting, reporting directly to the General Manager and serving as a player-coach.
• Experience in selling to or working within the Property Management Software (PMS) or Short-Term Rental (STR) sector.
• Full proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Over 5 years of experience in a player-coach sales leadership role in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of establishing outbound strategies from the ground up and achieving profitability.
• Demonstrated experience in meeting or exceeding personal or team revenue targets in a fast-paced SMB or mid-market sales environment.
• Strong accuracy in forecasting and disciplined pipeline management.
• Confident in performance management capabilities.
• Comfortable with presenting, demoing, and representing the business at industry events and with partners.
• Hands-on, resourceful, and adept at transitioning between coaching, selling, and process development.
• Practical experience with CRM management and forecasting in HubSpot or a similar platform.
• Familiar with using AI tools to enhance forecasting, reporting, and pipeline analysis.
• 28 days of holiday plus 8 UK bank holidays.
