Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Spearhead local sales initiatives aimed at program qualification and development.

• Oversee hotel partnerships and seek opportunities to enhance hotel market share.

• Foster internal collaborations and create self-initiated opportunities.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with hotels, venues, and vendors.

• Generate and assess new business opportunities through inbound referrals and proactive outreach.

• Perform site inspections, deliver sales presentations, and conduct capability briefings.

• Work alongside creative and event production teams on strategic, brand-aligned proposals.

• Take ownership of KPIs such as sales conversion, market share expansion, and referral performance.

• Collaborate with national sales and local event delivery teams to ensure exceptional client interactions.

• Champion the Access brand and enhance its local visibility.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside locally in the Washington DC area.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and event attendance.

• 2–5 years of sales achievement in a consultative setting, ideally within hospitality or events.

• Self-driven, customer-centric, and team-oriented.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Enthusiasm for the hospitality and special events sector.

• Experience with Salesforce CRM.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
