This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Create, implement, and sustain sales training programs utilizing evidence-based instructional design methodologies, such as onboarding, microlearning, competency-based assessments, and digital learning resources.
• Collaborate with sales leaders, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and convert intricate scientific concepts into effective training solutions.
• Work alongside internal learning resources to ensure training material is accurate, aligned, and scalable throughout the organization.
• Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and organize virtual, in-person, and self-paced learning initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, reporting, and performance metrics while suggesting ongoing improvements.
• Handle multiple training projects, guaranteeing timely completion, quality standards, compliance with accessibility, and alignment with business goals.
• Remain up-to-date on instructional design best practices and new learning technologies to enhance the learner experience.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, create microlearning content, and develop competency-based assessments that promote sales readiness and performance.
• A Bachelor's degree is essential; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years in a similar role is required; 7 years is preferred.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Proven ability to simplify complex scientific and technical concepts into clear, engaging learning solutions for commercial audiences.
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, principles of adult learning, and best practices in eLearning.
• Proficient with Learning Management Systems (LMS); experience with Brainshark or comparable learning platforms is preferred.
• Experience in creating digital learning content, including multimedia, visual, and interactive training materials.
• Established project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
