This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop well-structured onboarding curricula and continuous education programs tailored for both new and existing clients across various roles.
β’ Produce live webinars, on-demand videos, step-by-step guides, job aids, and interactive walkthroughs that highlight platform updates and best practices.
β’ Manage the client learning management/training platform, overseeing course structure, certifications, and completion reporting.
β’ Conduct onboarding sessions, feature-adoption webinars, and client office hours.
β’ Collect feedback from clients, Client Success Managers, and Support to pinpoint training gaps and enhance content.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to introduce new features accompanied by ready-to-use training materials.
β’ Monitor completion rates and client satisfaction scores, correlate engagement with adoption and retention, and communicate effectiveness to leadership.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in training, learning & development, client education, or a related client-enablement role β preferably in a SaaS, fintech, or wealthtech context.
β’ Demonstrated experience in designing training programs for external clients, not solely for internal employees.
β’ Strong instructional design abilities: capable of converting complex product workflows into clear and understandable training content.
β’ Practical experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) or client education platform (e.g., Docebo or similar).
β’ Proficient in public speaking and facilitating live sessions for audiences ranging from small groups to large webinar participants.
β’ Strong project management capabilities β adept at managing multiple training initiatives and product launches concurrently.
β’ Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile setting where priorities and product features shift rapidly.
β’ Data-informed approach: adept at utilizing completion rates, NPS/CSAT, and support ticket trends to inform training investments.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Background in financial services, wealth management, or experience with broker-dealers/RIAs.
β’ Knowledge of compliance-driven industries where documented training and certification are crucial.
β’ Experience with video editing or e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate or similar).
β’ Proven track record of establishing train-the-trainer programs from scratch for Client Success or Support teams.
