This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
β’ Deliver installation methods training effectively to branch offices.
β’ Assist regional leaders in executing installation programs, processes, and initiatives.
β’ Offer training on installation methods and processes to installation staff, incorporating safety and quality elements.
β’ Conduct audits of documented processes to ensure alignment of methods and processes at the front-line level.
β’ Provide insights on necessary modifications to installation documentation, methods, training, design, manufacturing, and delivery.
β’ Assess installations and offer recommendations to enhance installation efficiency.
β’ Aid in tendering and order development.
β’ Support installation planning and execution.
β’ Over 5 years of progressive experience in the installation of new equipment and modernization of elevators and escalators.
β’ Strong field installation background.
β’ Proven installation management skills.
β’ Proficiency in project management.
β’ Effective training abilities.
β’ Capability to deliver installation methods and process training, including safety and quality aspects.
β’ Competence in auditing documented processes and ensuring alignment of methods and processes.
β’ Ability to evaluate installations and suggest enhancements for installation efficiency.
β’ Skill in supporting tendering/order development and installation planning and execution.
β’ Candidates must reside within the area relevant to the roleβs responsibilities.
