This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Formulate and implement a territorial sales strategy aimed at retaining and expanding business with education and BSC clients.
• Identify key corporate, regional, and local accounts and devise strategies to enhance growth and deliver measurable value.
• Engage with decision-makers and influencers to comprehend their needs and provide consultative solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to reinforce relationships and ensure successful outcomes.
• Present and showcase products, negotiate successful programs, and offer customized solutions.
• Collaborate with distributor sellers and internal teams to co-create strategies and deliver effective solutions.
• Share insights from the market, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
• Develop expertise in institutional cleaning, Diversey products, and competitive offerings.
• Conduct facility assessments and structured trials to illustrate value.
• Grasp stakeholder priorities in education and BSC settings.
• Carry out business reviews with customers and distributors to highlight delivered value and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain precise records in Salesforce.com.
• Oversee pricing and customer support.
• Submit budgets and finalize travel and expense reports.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree along with over 5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in distribution, BSC, or Ed/Gov is advantageous.
• Exceptional relationship-building and consultative selling capabilities.
• Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills tailored for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM systems (such as Salesforce), Microsoft Office suite, and administrative processes.
• Willingness and ability to travel overnight.
• Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Competence in operating and demonstrating cleaning equipment confidently.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Must reside in the greater New England area.
• Must fulfill all mobility requirements for the position.
