This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve or surpass designated sales targets and pipeline goals for collections, skip tracing, and contact enrichment services.
• Manage a designated portfolio of agency and debt buyer accounts, focusing on retention and growth objectives.
• Engage with contingency agencies, debt buyers, and first-party outsourcers through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Handle incoming leads, demo inquiries, and RFP/RFI requests.
• Implement the complete sales process from opportunity identification and qualification to proof of concept, pricing discussions, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Replace existing data providers by conducting match-rate and right-party contact tests.
• Work in partnership with sales engineers and analytics teams on data evaluations, pilot projects, and presentation of results.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews utilizing client performance metrics.
• Broaden existing accounts into related use cases.
• Negotiate contract renewals and annual volume commitments.
• Keep track of usage and match-rate trends, intervening proactively to mitigate churn.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting within HubSpot.
• Acquire insights into the competitive data landscape, agency economics, and relevant regulatory changes.
• Showcase the Enformion platform and lead product demonstrations.
• Act as an ambassador for Enformion at industry events.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a quota-carrying role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience selling in collections, receivables management, financial services, or similar compliance-focused markets.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a solution-selling B2B context.
• Capability to establish relationships with Operations, Compliance, and Analytics professionals at collection agencies and debt buyers.
• Experience in independently managing a full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proof of concept, negotiation, and closing.
• Comfort with outbound cold calling and generating your own leads.
• Proficiency in translating data capabilities into metrics such as right-party contact rate, liquidation/recovery rate, and cost-per-dollar-collected.
• Commitment to disciplined CRM practices and forecasting.
• Self-motivated to design an effective weekly schedule in a fully remote work environment across various time zones.
• Nice-to-have: experience in the ARM industry, regulatory expertise, familiarity with skip tracing and data waterfalls, industry connections, knowledge of usage-based/data-licensing pricing, or sales experience in adjacent verticals.
