Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, particularly with technically advanced clients.

• Convert client infrastructure challenges into customized solution proposals.

• Create and implement sales strategies that align with Blackwall’s goals for market expansion and revenue growth.

• Discover and engage new business prospects within the hosting, cybersecurity, and infrastructure industries.

• Establish consultative relationships with technical stakeholders, including leaders in engineering and IT.

• Work collaboratively with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Contribute to the product development roadmap.

• Represent Blackwall at significant industry events and conferences throughout the region.

• Keep precise records in HubSpot CRM.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or product roles within the SaaS, cybersecurity, hosting, or infrastructure sectors.

• Demonstrated capability to sell technical products to both commercial and technical decision-makers.

• Proven experience in engaging with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.

• Exceptional English communication abilities, both written and oral.

• Proficiency in another language is advantageous.

• Strong history of achieving or surpassing sales targets in a B2B context.

• Highly self-driven and proactive.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first team environment.

• Prior experience in sales engineering, solution consulting, or technical presales roles is a plus.

• Familiarity with CDNs, WAFs, APIs, or cloud infrastructure is an added advantage.

• Practical experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms is a bonus.
