This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance a centralized Sales Excellence Dashboard encompassing six fundamental pillars.
• Establish and monitor key and leading performance metrics including ramp time, quota attainment by tenure, CRM accuracy, stage conversion rates, certification completion, and initiative delivery status.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, RevOps, and CRM administrators to guarantee data precision, pipeline integrity, and consolidated reporting sources.
• Evaluate dashboard trends by team, region, tenure, or role to uncover root causes, process bottlenecks, and areas for intervention.
• Facilitate monthly Sales Excellence review meetings with sales leadership.
• Share data insights, align strategic priorities, and ensure accountability.
• Prioritize enablement initiatives based on business impact and monitor action-item follow-up.
• Collaborate with enablement, training, and onboarding teams to implement and enhance seller-readiness programs.
• Monitor the rollout and execution of enablement initiatives, identifying and addressing adoption, timeline, and performance risks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Communication, Psychology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, revenue enablement, or sales strategy roles.
• Demonstrated experience in a B2B SaaS setting supporting a complex suite of solutions and various buying processes.
• Strong knowledge of sales onboarding frameworks, sales methodologies, and seller enablement practices.
• Advanced expertise in building, managing, and optimizing dashboards and reporting using Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
• Proficiency in transforming complex datasets into engaging narratives, actionable insights, and structured strategic execution plans.
• Experience leading cross-functional meetings, conducting executive review sessions, and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proven track record of scoping, managing, and delivering cross-functional projects from start to finish.
• Previous experience in the health-tech or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
