This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee contracts and foster relationships with selected Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) for all Philips Healthcare products.
• Collaborate strategically at the C-Level and work cross-functionally with the internal Philips sales team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to drive strategy with key IDN accounts on a national scale.
• Provide insights into market trends, competitive landscapes, and healthcare legislation.
• Establish trusted-advisor relationships to assist accounts in achieving their objectives.
• Utilize business and partnership relationships to maintain and work towards the complete standardization of the Philips solution and product portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for growth by evaluating contract status, standardization plans, current contracts, product needs, care gaps, installed base, and construction strategies.
• Formulate deal strategies and manage account funnels, forecasts, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) performance.
• Communicate, align, and motivate the team to implement account strategies effectively.
• Negotiate and supervise the development of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, as well as managing renewals and extensions.
• Manage customer expectations throughout the sales journey.
• A minimum of 5 years of Field Sales experience in the healthcare sector is required.
• Experience working with C-Level executives and IDNs is essential.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.
• Preferred experience leading account teams or direct reports across various modalities.
• Preference for candidates with experience selling to accounts that generate large sales volumes and/or market share growth.
• Experience in selling Enterprise Capital Equipment to accounts with complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers is preferred.
• Ability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodations.
• Capacity to engage customers in meaningful and in-depth discussions while educating them on industry trends and business challenges.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
• US work authorization is mandatory; candidates needing sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.
• Must reside in or be within commuting distance of Texas.
• Total compensation comprises a base salary plus target incentives.
• Target earnings potential ranges from $269,250 to $306,000 annually at 85% to 120% performance achievement.
