This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Negotiate sales opportunities effectively.
• Develop basic piping layouts and collect project information.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion.
• Foster and maintain strong customer relationships and loyalty.
• Identify technical or operational challenges, assess options, and apply effective solutions.
• Analyze customer needs to create suitable product designs.
• Operate and comprehend relevant equipment and systems.
• Tailor technology and equipment to fulfill customer specifications.
• Conduct basic structural or piping analysis.
• Assess costs, benefits, and potential impacts of actions.
• Understand system behavior and how operating conditions influence outcomes.
• Identify performance metrics and determine necessary corrective actions.
• Manage personal time and coordinate team efforts.
• Plan and monitor project expenditures.
• Inspire, develop, and guide team members.
• Acquire and manage the equipment, materials, and facilities essential for project success.
• Utilize databases to organize and present information.
• Create and modify graphics.
• Develop and deliver presentations.
• Construct and maintain spreadsheets featuring charts and data analysis.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA and related safety standards.
• Effective problem-solving skills and root-cause analysis capability.
• Experience utilizing databases for organizing and reporting information.
• Ability to create and modify graphics.
• Capability to develop and deliver presentations.
• Skilled in building and maintaining spreadsheets with charts and data analysis.
• Proficient in using measuring and drafting tools.
• Experience with OpEx/CBS tools is preferred.
• Proven track record in facilitating operational changes is preferred.
• Ability to interpret process and product specifications is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar standards is preferred.
• Additional experience in safety and industrial hygiene regulations is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, trade shows, and business development activities.
