This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations while educating teams on preventive measures.

• Contribute to the development of the annual sales plan, budget forecasts, and mid-term planning.

• Oversee sales forecasting initiatives and establish performance objectives.

• Implement commercial roadmaps tailored for specific segments, products, or geographic areas.

• Analyze sales trends, generate management reports, and provide business insights.

• Coordinate sales and development strategies, conducting analysis and formulating action plans.

• Evaluate program, quotation, and plan performance to assess effectiveness.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new growth opportunities.

• Formulate plans and strategies to seize new commercial opportunities and achieve sales targets.

• Manage medium-sized accounts and assist key account managers or sales directors with larger accounts.

• Negotiate both short-term and long-term contracts while identifying growth and profitability opportunities using CRM systems.

• Apply pricing strategies to the assigned accounts.

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers in management, purchasing, and R&D departments.

• Identify sales development targets and execute development strategies.

• Ensure accuracy in forecasting and collaboratively manage customer relationships with Customer Service.

• Visit customer locations to provide technical guidance, onsite service, and product/application feedback while collaborating with technical teams to address technical challenges.

• Manage customers and prospects within the assigned portfolio.

• Propel business and market development for the Thermal business segment within the designated geographic area.

• Engage in the development of commercial strategies.

• Enhance commercial development and profitability across markets in the assigned region.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Thermal, Engineering, Material, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least 2 years of sales experience.

• Demonstrated success in sales and account management.

• A technical background in the Material Industry is required.

• Strong business acumen coupled with a technical inclination.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Capability in value-added solution selling.

• Ability to positively influence others without direct reporting authority.

• Advanced problem-solving skills.

• Strategic mindset, results-driven, with an awareness of impact.

• Highly motivated, resourceful, and self-driven.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for challenges.

• Strong multitasking and time management capabilities.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, Gsuite, and web-based tools.

• Skills in Salesforce are advantageous.

• Willingness to undertake regular weekly travel, up to 70%.

• Knowledge of the thermal market is considered a plus.
