This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Act as a strategic consultant for healthcare organizations, particularly focusing on payer entities, to help them uncover opportunities for enhancing business results through Agentic Automation and AI-driven process transformation.
• Advocate for the benefits of integrating AI agents, automation, process intelligence, and human expertise to streamline complex healthcare operations.
• Collaborate with account teams to formulate account strategies, pinpoint growth opportunities, and align UiPath solutions with customer priorities and business goals.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with both business and technical stakeholders to gain insights into current operations, process challenges, and transformation possibilities.
• Utilize process intelligence methodologies to uncover inefficiencies, estimate value potential, and create automation roadmaps.
• Design and present engaging demonstrations, executive presentations, and proof-of-value sessions that highlight the capabilities of UiPath’s platform.
• Develop solutions that fuse AI, automation, orchestration, document understanding, and agentic workflows.
• Work alongside Product + Engineering, Customer Success, and Industry Solution teams to ensure customer feedback shapes product innovation and solution development.
• Create industry-specific solution narratives and use cases that cater to healthcare priorities.
• Assist in technical evaluations and guide clients through discussions on architecture, security, governance, scalability, and deployment.
• Serve as a thought leader within the healthcare payer market, representing UiPath during customer meetings, industry events, and executive briefings.
• Share best practices, lessons learned, and industry insights across the UiPath go-to-market organization.
• Extensive knowledge of Healthcare Payer operations, covering areas such as:
• Claims management
• Prior authorization
• Utilization management
• Care management
• Provider data management
• Enrollment and eligibility
• Risk adjustment
• Revenue integrity
• Appeals and grievances
• Customer/member service operations
• Proven experience assisting healthcare organizations in enhancing operational performance through technology-driven transformation initiatives.
• Capacity to connect business challenges with technical solutions and articulate measurable business value.
• Strong grasp of AI, automation, enterprise applications, and contemporary technology architectures.
• Experience leading consultative discovery discussions with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to simplify and convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, operational excellence frameworks, and practices related to process transformation.
• Experience working with large enterprise organizations in complex, highly regulated environments.
• Background in sales engineering, consulting, solution architecture, digital transformation, intelligent automation, or related fields.
• Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role.
• Requires up to 25% travel.
