This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Acquire new end-user customers and enhance existing account relationships.
• Strengthen partnerships with distributors to boost market presence and product integration.
• Discover new business prospects and implement regional growth strategies.
• Meet sales targets while assisting with key marketing initiatives.
• Offer tooling recommendations and application support for customer manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
• Promote solid carbide drills, high-performance taps, and indexable tooling solutions.
• Conduct regular visits to customers and distributors within the territory.
• Understand customer challenges, operational objectives, and future tooling needs.
• Share market insights and customer feedback with the Product Management teams.
• Facilitate product training sessions for distributor and customer teams.
• Lead activities related to new product introductions and technical presentations.
• Act as a trusted technical resource for customers and channel partners.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records, customer contacts, and opportunity details.
• Adhere to company safety policies and specific site protocols for customers.
• Travel throughout the designated territory, including occasional international trips.
• Operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle.
• Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in metalworking, machining, or cutting tools.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• CRM experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to meet customer facility access requirements and travel as necessary.
