Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver product demonstrations to prospective customers, consultants, and channel partners.

• Utilize products to create tailored solutions.

• Support the sales process by offering technical expertise and conducting architecture evaluations.

• Advocate for products within the sales organization.

• Gather field feedback to enhance processes.

• Implement and oversee Proofs of Concepts for enterprise clients.

• Collaborate with the Sales Engineering team and contribute to team success through training, coaching, and mentorship.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.

• Technical or specialized knowledge in Access Control, Video, Video Analytics, or Cloud Architecture.

• Proven experience managing technical pre-sales processes alongside a team of sales professionals.

• Energetic self-starter with a charming personality.

• A keen desire for professional growth.

• Prior experience with Genetec Security Center is advantageous.

• History of designing enterprise access control and video solutions is beneficial.

• Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud storage is a plus.

• In-depth knowledge of networking technology and architecture is a plus.

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Security Engineering, Cyber Security, Networking, or Project Management are advantageous.
