This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the design, implementation, evaluation, and ongoing enhancement of the current onboarding program.
β’ Conduct onboarding and everboarding sessions both in-person and virtually as required.
β’ Manage a mixed learning approach that encompasses classroom training, webinars, self-paced modules, event-driven training, and microlearning.
β’ Facilitate and deliver training materials effectively.
β’ Organize the creation and execution of training sessions.
β’ Record and convey changes to internal processes.
β’ Create coaching resources for managers to assist new hires during their initial ramp-up period.
β’ Encourage peer-to-peer and managerial coaching.
β’ Collaborate with the platform team on content governance to ensure materials are up-to-date.
β’ Set KPIs to assess program efficacy and suggest enhancements.
β’ Track the progress of new hires and those transitioning into new roles, providing updates to Sales Enablement and Sales Management stakeholders.
β’ Develop, contribute to, and sustain sales enablement tools, including learning paths, certification programs, sales playbooks, and a content library.
β’ Aid in the planning and execution of internal learning events.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement and/or program management.
β’ Experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
β’ Background in Sales Enablement, Sales, or Sales Operations is highly preferred.
β’ Demonstrated success in creating and delivering training for a sales organization, achieving measurable results in fast-paced settings.
β’ Ability to interpret and convey complex concepts into effective educational material.
β’ Strong comprehension of how sales professionals think, operate, and acquire knowledge.
β’ Experience in developing training manuals and/or modules for diverse audiences, which includes presentations, interactive sales exercises, and other sales training resources.
β’ Exceptional presentation, facilitation, verbal and written communication skills, along with prioritization and organizational abilities.
