This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and managers in Japan and Korea to identify business priorities, performance challenges, and seller capability requirements.
• Introduce global Sales Enablement programs, learning materials, content, and tools to the region, promoting awareness, adoption, and effective application.
• Manage the localization of global enablement resources for Japan and Korea, encompassing language translation.
• Enhance global programs with tailored local support based on performance and capability assessments.
• Act as the local representative and voice for key global enablement initiatives.
• Support the development of sellers and managers through local reinforcement, practice sessions, workshops, and targeted activities.
• Collaborate with sales managers to emphasize enablement priorities, enhance coaching efforts, and promote accountability.
• Assist in the onboarding and continuous development of sellers and managers.
• Encourage the adoption and effective use of sales tools and technologies.
• Serve as a two-way liaison between the region and Global Sales Enablement.
• Utilize performance data, adoption metrics, and field insights to prioritize needs, evaluate effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in business impact.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in sales enablement, sales effectiveness, or a related commercial position.
• Experience in a B2B technology, software, or services environment is preferred.
• Proficient in Japanese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Solid understanding of enterprise sales and the factors that influence seller performance.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to translate business and performance needs into targeted enablement actions.
• Ability to establish credibility, influence, and collaborate effectively with sales leaders, managers, and sellers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Outcome-oriented mindset focused on seller productivity, sales execution, and overall business performance.
• Proficiency in the Korean language is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern sales enablement, sales productivity, and AI-enabled technologies is preferred.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales organizations and/or dealing with both new-logo and existing-client sales motions is preferred.
