Sales Enablement, Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the onboarding process for new sales hires (SDRs, AEs, and other GTM roles), overseeing their journey from the initial week through the ramp-up period.

• Develop and implement ongoing sales training and enablement initiatives focused on product knowledge, processes, messaging, and sales methodologies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Create and sustain essential enablement resources, including playbooks, presentations, battlecards, and scripts.

• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to facilitate successful product launches and updates.

• Conduct continuous enablement programs to reinforce skills and knowledge among sales personnel.

• Monitor the effectiveness of onboarding and enablement efforts through metrics related to ramp time, readiness, and adoption.

• Regularly enhance programs based on feedback and performance analytics.

• Work alongside Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to develop structured onboarding paths, training curricula, and enablement resources.

• Assist in minimizing ramp time for new hires, promoting best sales practices, and ensuring sales teams possess the necessary tools, processes, and knowledge for success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or sales operations.

• Demonstrated ability to create and manage sales onboarding programs effectively.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Experience collaborating across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms, including Salesforce, Gong, and HubSpot.
