This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, executives, and C-suite leaders within strategic clients and ASOs.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Twin Health programs, onboarding processes, growth marketing, and clinical operations.
• Oversee the complete onboarding process of Twin programs for self-insured employers and ASOs.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and create customized solutions for diverse customer populations.
• Offer consultative advice to enhance member engagement and client satisfaction.
• Set up, configure, and test customer instances effectively.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for successful project execution.
• Educate customers on Twin programs to increase awareness and enrollment.
• Analyze customer data pre- and post-launch, providing actionable insights.
• Manage multiple projects, including project plans, cross-functional teams, timelines, risks, and escalations.
• Handle customer stakeholders, meetings, expectations, alignment, and status reporting of projects.
• Operationalize data access and manage eligibility file handling with technical partners.
• Create client presentations, reports, events, onboarding templates, playbooks, and best practices.
• Mobilize internal teams to address client issues and escalations effectively.
• Relay client and market feedback to Clinical Delivery, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Billing Operations, Executive, and other teams.
• Develop promotional strategies and toolkits for members before launch.
• Act as an internal subject matter expert on the onboarding lifecycle and enhance internal processes.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in onboarding and customer-facing roles.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in health tech client onboarding and project management.
• Familiarity with health benefits, health and wellness, health plans, or systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across client organizations, engaging with senior executives and execution teams on both tactical and strategic matters.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the capability to balance planning with timely execution.
• Ability to handle conflicting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Proficient in Google applications and project management tools such as InspirePlanner, Monday.com, and MS Project.
• Experience collaborating with technical/data partners on data exchange, file specifications, file encryption and transmission, and testing processes.
