Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Expand ExactCare’s patient network across the United States by promoting and educating patients on medication management solutions.

• Perform phone-based medication assessments and enroll patients in services.

• Conduct health and medication evaluations, including reviewing medication lists, administration guidelines, and essential health information.

• Precisely input patient prescription details.

• Meet key performance indicators established by management.

• Create a favorable first impression of AnewHealth/ExactCare and its offerings.

• Inform facilities, organizations, and patients about ExactCare.

• Oversee the patient assessment process and sustain referral relationships.

• Keep accurate records and compile reports for the ExactCare team.

• Reach out to prospective patients daily, arrange telephonic reviews, and perform follow-up calls.

• Engage in daily team huddles, training sessions, and on-the-spot meetings.

• Communicate effectively with the management team.

• Execute other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience that warrants an exception.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmacy customer service.

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills are essential.

• Energetic and compassionate telephone communication skills are required.

• Ability to motivate and persuade others.

• Team-oriented attitude.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent ability to multitask.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Superior oral, written, facilitation, and presentation communication skills.

• Proficient in the MS Office Suite.

• Availability to work an average of 40 hours per week, including outside normal business hours on an ad-hoc basis.
