Sales Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support to the C.A. Sales team with tasks related to customers.

• Assist in the completion of business review documentation and presentations by collaborating with the Client and Sales Team.

• Communicate with clients regarding deadlines, requests, and submissions related to customer matters.

• Collaborate closely with Client and C.A. Fortune teams to ensure accuracy in products and pricing on customer documentation.

• Aid the C.A. Sales team in updating and maintaining data within Salesforce.

• Ensure the integrity of SharePoint and keep files organized.

• Complete additional tasks and paperwork as assigned.

• Provide administrative assistance and client communication, including sales presentations, client business reviews, data preparation and manipulation, customer forms, and maintenance of customer systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with excellent computer skills.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an administrative support role.

• High attention to detail is essential.

• Must be resourceful and willing to undertake research to find necessary information.

• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently.

• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is preferred.

• Familiarity with SPINS or syndicated data is preferred.

• Previous experience in the CPG sector is advantageous.

• Prior experience working with grocery retailers is beneficial.
