Sales Enablement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with Hyperbound operations, monitor scenarios, track representative participation, report scores, and ensure completion of certifications.

• Oversee the tracking of Claude and Chorus usage, manage certifications, monitor cohort progress, handle license management, and maintain the Skills library.

• Utilize AI tools for drafting materials, summarizing content, and organizing information.

• Aid in the design and implementation of onboarding for new hires and ongoing sales training programs.

• Create enablement plans for product launches, develop role-specific learning paths, manage launch communications, coordinate seller-readiness activities, and provide post-launch support.

• Develop and sustain e-learning modules, assessments, certifications, and instructor-led training sessions.

• Oversee the content development lifecycle from initial intake and subject matter expert (SME) review through quality assurance (QA), publication, and ongoing maintenance.

• Manage and maintain the Global Sales SharePoint as the primary resource for sales materials.

• Establish governance for global sales content resources.

• Oversee the sales technology ecosystem, including platforms like ZoomInfo, Chorus, Claude, and other enablement and AI solutions.

• Handle user provisioning, deprovisioning, license distribution, and permissions management.

• Coordinate technology access for new hires, role transitions, and offboarding processes with IT and RevOps teams.

• Monitor tool adoption and usage, identifying opportunities for enhancing effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).

• Conduct weekly leaderboard updates and certification communications.

• Support tracking of President's Club eligibility, manage communications, and logistics for related events.

• Assist in planning for SKO, leadership retreats, and logistics, content, and follow-up for Deal Win Spotlights.

• Maintain program trackers to monitor milestone achievements, certification completion rates, Hyperbound scores, and Claude usage.

• Prepare materials for leadership presentations, All Hands meetings, and updates for the Board.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with RevOps, Marketing, Product, and People teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in program coordination, sales enablement, or training within a sales or revenue-focused organization.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter, taking initiative and ensuring follow-through.

• Advocate for change and innovation, embodying a growth mindset.

• Experience in designing structured learning programs, e-learning modules, curricula, assessments, and certifications.

• Familiarity with managing content development life cycles, including SME reviews, QA processes, and ongoing governance.

• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Absorb, Skilljar, Anthropic Academy, or similar, including course administration, completion tracking, and certification management.

• Practical experience in administering sales technology platforms, managing user access, licenses, and permissions.

• Proficient with tools like Chorus, ZoomInfo, CRM systems, and general sales technology.

• Ability to analyze data, including creating trackers, generating reports, and spotting anomalies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong executive presence.

• Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message or similar methodologies is preferred.

• Experience with Hyperbound, Power BI, Salesforce, or NetSuite is preferred.

• Extensive experience with SharePoint is preferred.

• Event coordination experience is preferred.

• Professional experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
