This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee the management of requests for proposals (RFPs), proposals, oral presentations, and the creation of marketing materials.
• Establish the prospecting strategy, core messages, unique selling points, activities, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with opportunity leaders, business development teams, and sales personnel.
• Create pursuit plans for RFPs, proposals, and oral presentations.
• Organize necessary stakeholders, contributors, and meetings.
• Oversee schedules, deadlines, and the final submission of proposals and presentations.
• Monitor the text and graphics of commercial responses in real-time.
• Identify, address, and elevate risks or challenges as needed.
• Work closely with internal departments, especially Legal and GRC.
• Lead meetings for status updates, kickoffs, proposal reviews, oral presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Conduct compliance checks and assist with approval, validation, and delivery to clients.
• Create and modify client materials in both French and English.
• Translate, localize, or adjust U.S. materials for French-speaking audiences.
• Assist in prospecting activities, events, and other business development efforts.
• Maintain up-to-date Salesforce records and track milestones and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the U.S. GET team to ensure consistency in standards, templates, and best practices across different regions.
• Engage in internal GET initiatives.
• Proficiency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of three years of experience in managing, writing, and coordinating proposals, oral presentations, or sales materials.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, with strong writing, formatting, and presentation capabilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Quick learner who can incorporate feedback and take on increasing responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently in a remote setting and collaboratively within a team.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (three years of post-secondary education).
• Basic proficiency with AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms, to enhance proposal drafting, content generation, and editing processes (preferred qualification).
