This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Establish CAF's Facility Management channel from the ground up by identifying and securing new FM opportunities across the nation.
• Develop a comprehensive sales funnel through outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting efforts.
• Achieve enterprise and multi-site agreements.
• Manage the entire sales process: target, conduct cold calls/outreach, run discovery sessions, create proposals, negotiate, and finalize deals.
• Navigate complex deals involving multiple stakeholders, including end-users, FM operators, and service providers.
• Assist in shaping CAF's go-to-market strategy for the Facility Management sector.
• Provide market insights to leadership to inform investment decisions, product priorities, and sales strategies.
• Utilize existing relationships and partnerships to broaden reach and enhance credibility.
• Build rapport with senior decision-makers and position CAF as a trusted long-term partner.
• Sustain and expand accounts through reorders, training, and product diversification.
• Ensure customer adoption and long-term success by collaborating with customer leadership teams.
• Monitor pipeline and accounts using HubSpot.
• Travel nationally for client meetings, site assessments, and significant industry events.
• Report directly to CAF's EVP of Sales.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales.
• Preferred experience in facility management, janitorial, commercial services, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in securing multi-site or enterprise accounts.
• Strong preference for candidates with facility management industry experience.
• In-depth understanding of the B2B enterprise sales process.
• Proven track record in generating pipeline from scratch and navigating lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a strong ability to close deals.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Capacity to multitask, remain organized, and operate swiftly in a high-growth setting.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation capabilities.
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with leadership and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; HubSpot is preferred.
• Effective home office setup (US-based).
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 20% of the time.
• Undergraduate degree is preferred.
