This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Initiate and expand CAF’s Facility Management channel across the United States.
• Discover and secure new facility management prospects nationwide.
• Develop a comprehensive sales funnel through outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting.
• Successfully negotiate enterprise and multi-site agreements.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: targeting, cold calling/outreach, conducting discovery, crafting proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Navigate complex multi-stakeholder transactions involving end users, FM operators, and service providers.
• Contribute to defining CAF’s go-to-market strategy for the Facility Management sector.
• Provide leadership with market insights to inform investment decisions, product priorities, and sales strategies.
• Utilize existing relationships and partnerships to enhance outreach and build credibility.
• Establish trust with senior decision-makers and position CAF as a long-term partner.
• Sustain and expand accounts through reorders, training, and product growth.
• Ensure successful adoption and long-term outcomes through collaboration with customer leadership teams.
• Monitor pipeline and accounts using HubSpot.
• Travel nationally for customer meetings, site visits, and key industry events.
• Report directly to CAF’s EVP of Sales.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales.
• Preferred experience in facility management, janitorial services, commercial services, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in securing multi-site or enterprise accounts.
• Strong preference for candidates with facility management industry experience.
• In-depth understanding of the B2B enterprise sales process.
• Proven capability to build a pipeline from the ground up and navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a strong ability to close deals.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic thinker with the capacity for hands-on execution.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and adapt quickly in a high-growth setting.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with leadership and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; HubSpot experience preferred.
• Effective home office environment.
• Must be US-based.
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 20%.
• An undergraduate degree is preferred.
