This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Establish CAF’s Facility Management channel from the ground up by identifying and securing new FM opportunities across the country.
• Develop a comprehensive sales funnel through outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting efforts.
• Secure enterprise and multi-site contracts.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, encompassing targeting, cold calling/outreach, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
• Navigate complex multi-stakeholder agreements involving end users, FM operators, and service providers.
• Assist in defining CAF’s market entry strategy for the Facility Management sector.
• Provide market insights to leadership to inform investment decisions, product priorities, and sales strategies.
• Utilize existing relationships and partnerships to extend reach and enhance credibility.
• Cultivate trust with senior decision-makers and establish CAF as a long-term collaborator.
• Sustain and expand accounts through reorders, training, and product enhancements.
• Ensure adoption and long-term success by collaborating with customer leadership teams.
• Monitor pipeline and accounts utilizing HubSpot.
• Travel approximately 20% nationally for customer meetings, site visits, and key industry events.
• Report directly to CAF’s EVP of Sales.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in facility management, janitorial, commercial services, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring multi-site or enterprise accounts.
• Experience within the Facility Management sector is highly preferred.
• Strong comprehension of the B2B enterprise sales process.
• Proven capability to generate pipeline from inception and navigate lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic mindset combined with practical execution skills.
• Ability to multitask, remain organized, and operate swiftly in a high-growth environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with leadership and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with HubSpot being preferred.
• Effective home office setup (US-based).
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 20%.
• An undergraduate degree is preferred.
