📋 Description

• Implement sales strategies aimed at penetrating the Finance & Banking, Technology, SaaS & Cloud, and Retail & Platforms sectors.

• Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders in Customer Experience, Care, Digital Operations, Observability, and Site Reliability Engineering.

• Assist in strategic partnerships and reseller engagements to enhance the sales pipeline.

• Integrate Downdetector within global technology consulting frameworks.

• Execute “Land, Expand & Grow” strategies to optimize revenue from current enterprise accounts.

• Lead logo acquisition and expand strategic accounts throughout North America.

• Oversee intricate Accenture-led projects and promote cross-functional teamwork.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 10 years in a comparable Sales or Business Executive position.

• Demonstrated success in enterprise SaaS sales, particularly in achieving results within the NORAM market.

• Background in selling to Observability, CX, Digital Operations, or SRE teams in the Finance, Technology, or Retail sectors.

• Proficient in navigating complex consulting partnerships to facilitate enterprise-wide adoption.

• Expertise in consultative enterprise selling.

• Comprehensive understanding of Observability, Service Operations, incident management, digital transformations, network performance, SaaS analytics, and data-driven business solutions.

• Strong strategic abilities to cultivate high-level relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
